Returns & Exchanges

Hirshleifers accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date, provided all original tags and security seals remain intact. Please note that certain luxury items, evening wear, and final sale goods may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
